Small Steps Big Dreams Learning Center utilizes a combination of several play-based approaches to help children achieve age-appropriate developmental milestones and prepare for school readiness. Our child-led program offers a balanced mix of individual and group activities that foster growth across multiple domains: social, cognitive, emotional, physical, and creative development.

We provide a wide range of activities, including:

Our thoughtfully designed space is arranged and rotated to encourage free exploration and play-based learning, allowing children to discover and grow in a dynamic, engaging environment.

Our Philosophy

Children are my first love and passion, and I am honored to watch them grow and learn. At Small Steps Big Dreams Learning Center LLC, we focus on the whole child—physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and creatively—during these critical early years. I believe that learning should be led by the child and fueled by play. By following their natural curiosity and interests, children explore, create, and problem-solve in a safe, nurturing environment where they can truly thrive.

I bring to my work a deep love for children, patience, compassion, and a nurturing spirit. With years of experience as a child-care provider, parent, and a trained birthing doula, I am dedicated to creating a supportive space for each child to reach their full potential. I am a graduate of Chestnut Hill College (B.S. in Early Childhood Education, summa cum laude) and hold certifications in breastfeeding support and maternity health navigation, all of which further inform my approach to care.

We focus on meeting the unique needs of every child, empowering them to explore, learn, and grow. Our purpose is to offer affordable, accessible early learning opportunities that prepare children for success and support families in Philadelphia.
